Piercing,Piercing,Piercing!

Good Afternoon!

Can you believe it.... 2 posts in 1 day! It's time another challenge at AnnaBelle Stamps! This week we would like to see paper piercing... not to be confused with paper piecing !

I created a card with a matching envelope. My card base is sahara sand layered with very vanilla and MME Paris & Co dp. The focal image is from Easter Hope and the sentiment is from Whimsey flowers.

COF May Challenge...

Good Morning!

I hope all is well with you! It's the last day of the month and that means it's time for the Crafter's of Faith challenge. COF is a small faith based group who share their love of paper! This month I am the hostess! I chose to have a May flower theme. I built a few flowers with punches and dies! I then adhered them to ink pens! At my shop  my pens seem to walk away! Sweet Stop Sketch...

Good Evening!s

I bet you thought you wouldn't see me today... I had this card ready for my post today only I didn't get a picture of it until I got home from work! It started with the Sweet Stop Sketch. Very little stamping was done ! I only stamped the doily from mixed bunch , punched it out and there you have it! I used pearls for the other elements of the sketch and the paper did the rest!

Happy Memorial Day!

I hope you salute the brave who have protected us and given us this glorious freedom we enjoy! I am truly honored to say my Dad served and I currently have a nephew defending our country. Thank You Paul Sweitzer and Jimmy Sperry!

My card today is for a granddaughters graduation! It seems kind of plain to me... it is what it is! I started with the Mojo sketch here. 

This is short and sweet! Have things to get done so I can play more!

The Roses are seeing Purple!!!!!

Good Morning!

I hope all is well with you! This is the last Sunday of the month and you know what that means... yep it's time for the Rose's to share what they've been up to! This month Betty Rose is our challenge hostess! She wants to see hues of purple.  My card s pretty simple but I  love how it turned out! My card base is perfect plum layered with whisper white and dp from my scrap bin. The focal image is upsy daisy {retiring}! Life is a Picnic!

Good Morning!

I hope all is well with you ! My card today is for our sister swap! Carol set the challenge for this month! She wanted a picnic theme! I'm not mailing these to you guys since you will be here at my house in just a few weeks! {can't wait, just a little excited} I dug through everything I had and couldn't come up with a thing! Then at the bottom of a pile back in the deep dark corner I found it.... lady bug picnic! PERFECT! I love these little whimsical images! Makes for a fun card! I even used some of my hoarded Washington apple dp, it's almost gone )0=

Good Monday Morning!

I hope you had a great weekend! All here is great... we have rain )0= I guess it's supposed to get nice by the holiday weekend! 

I made my 1st Christmas card of the year! The Mojo sketch is just perfect for this cute little snowman from snow much fun! The dp is a sneak peak from the SU catalog. That's it for me today!

Sneak Peak @ AnnaBelle Stamps!

It's time for another challenge at AnnaBelle Stamps! The challenge this week is color! I love color challenges! We also  have a small sneak peak to share with you today! 

First let's see the colors!

Now for me... this is a challenge! I'm not much of an orange person! That's what challenges are all about, make us put our creative caps on and step outside the box!

Now for the sneak peak.... Lil Monster's balloon now has a die! Yep no more fussy cutting this little guy out! The die will be released in the very near future! Good Morning!

I have a new love... pool party! Don't you just LOVE this color? I know it's been out for a year now... I've just started playing with it! My inspiration for this card came for non other than the lovely Dawn Easton! I CASED this card of hers! I did change the focal image and the ribbon. Other than that it's pretty darn close to hers! Good Monday Morning!

I hope everyone had a super awesome Mother's Day! I know I did! Made a quick card for the Mojo challenge this morning! My card base is whisper white layered with not quite navy and beyond the garden dp. The focal image is from mixed bunch . The sentiment is a sneek peak to the new catalog! It's called itty bitty banners and has matching dies! How cool is that!

Sweet Stop...

Good Afternoon!

I hope everyone is having an awesome Saturday! I take one Saturday a month off and today is that day (0= I went to a few yard sales and scored 7 stamp sets! This is one of them. It's a 2001 SU set called groovy! I had to ink it up as fast as I could! My card started with the Sweet Stop sketch! I should have been a hippi! My card base is rose red layered with tangerine tango. My dp is from the scrap bin! The little sprinkles are from AnnaBelle Stamps!

Say it With Stitching....

It's time for another fun challenge at AnnaBelle Stamps! Fun,fun challenge! 

I tried to create a quilt block! My image is from fanciful flowers! After I stamped it I pierced very carefully around the flowers and ran my pink marker over it to create faux stitching. I then ran it through my big shot and embossed it. Well I have to tell you the embossing smashed out my piercing )0=  Soooo I pierced around the edge of the card and zig zagged my stitching! Either way I like how it turned out... nothing like I had planned when I started the card! Be sure and check out what the rest of the DT has come up with! You can find their links on my sidebar!

COF Mini Challenge!

Good Afternoon!

I hope all is well with you! Our faithful leader Kelly has issued a mini challenge for the faith based group I belong to! She would like to see....

Use the colors Purple, yellow, and/OR green in any combination and any hue!
Include something floral!

This is what I came up with! I needed a birthday card so I used my go to birthday sentiment from well scripted! My card base is whisper white layered with rich razzelberry and misc dp from the scrap bin!

Things are Bloomin!!

Good Afternoon  Morning!

I've had a really productive morning! My laundry is done, bedding changed, carpets shampooed and a card PHEW! I've been up since the wee hours! I am totally stocked with the way this card turned out! I had to look around to find some inspiration so I CASED this card! I pretty much followed the layout and changed colors and images! My card base is whisper white layered with certainly celery and beyond the garden dp. The focal image is from Unity's moments in bloom and the sentiment is from SU's sweet little sentiments. Well I think I need to go play some more! Have a super Sunday!

Mojo's Makin a Come Back!!!!!

Good Afternoon!

I'm thinkin the ole Mojo may be on it's way back! I actually went into my craft room and whipped this up pretty quickly! I had the flowers sitting on my desk just begging to be used (0= My card is a 4x4 square card for the Mojo sketch challenge. Card base is whisper white layered with in the garden dp. The sentiment is an old SU single. Pretty easy p ~ easy but I'm happy with it! That's it for now!
