Patriotic Roses....

Good Morning!

I'm LATE!  We just got home from our little trip this morning at 9:30 am. Today is the last Sunday of the month and that means the Roses are sharing what they've been up to! Mary Anne Rose set the challenge for this month! The Rose's are an international group and she wanted us to use the colors of our country and do a patriotic card... That's where I messed up! I did red, white and blue but totally missed the patriotic part )= Oh well it is what it is! Be sure and check out what the rest of the Rose's have to share, you can find their links on my side bar! Good Afternoon!

Today I have a sympathy card to share! I always hate making these and NEVER keep them made in my stash! I like to make the card to personally match the recipient.  We had a dear friend die in his driveway of a heart attack  just a few days ago and this is for his wife! 

My card base is whisper white layered with wisteria wonder and MME happy heart dp. The focal image is from of the earth and the sentiment is from thoughts and prayers.

Good Afternoon!

I hope all is well with you! It's late in the day but I do have a Mojo card!

My card base is crumb cake layered with cherry cobbler and comfort cafe dp. The sentiment is from trust God... my new go to set! LOVE it! The flower, leaves and ribbon are all from my scraps!

Dog Days of Summer!

Good Morning!

Are you staying cool? We have so much humidity! I know it's nothing like back east! We are just not used to it! 

My card today is for our sister swap! Terri is the hostess.... The challenge for July is, as the subject suggests, the dog days of summer...the elements to include on your card are....a dog, "hot" colors, and a little bling!!!  I think I got it all covered!

Mojo 250

Good Morning!

It's MONDAY! That means I have to do the Mojo sketch challenge! Yes I said I HAVE to do it..... just wouldn't be right if I didn't LOL!

This is a bit busy.... but it is what it is! My card base is really red layered with whisper white and holly berry bouquet dp {retired}. The focal image is a sneak peak  from ornament keepsakes and cut out with holiday framelets. The sentiment is fro perfect punches and the holly berries were cut out using spellbinders.

WISH MY GRAND CALIBUR WOULD COME HOME!!! I really miss it bad )0= It had to go to the dr....

I think I should enter this in a few more challenges!

Trust God!

Good Morning!

I hope all is well with you on this beautiful Sunday! I have ALL my chores done and get to play,play,play!  We had a super big storm this morning!Thunder, lightning and tons of rain. It's clearing off now and super humid )0=

No mojo today so I had to search for inspiration! I CASED this beautiful card. 

I did make a few changes though! I used early espresso as a card base layered by crumb cake embossed with the framed tulip EB folder. My next layer is the scrumptious raspberry ripple {new in color}! My images are from french foliage and the sentiment is form trust God. I added some crochet trim and there you have it!

I'm off to get inky again! See you soon!

Say it in.....

It's time for another fun challenge at AnnaBelle Stamps! Plus you get a sneak peak of a new set being released later today! It's also the prize for this challenge! My card today was inspired by a card I saw on pintrest! I can't  find the tutorial....  I  will keep looking so I can give proper credit!

The first image is from the new set A Beautiful Day!

 The second panel uses a sentiment from Ornamental Christmas!

The third panel was done using Round for Christmas! Don't you just love how it matches the be of good cheer dp?

Is it warm where you are? I don't mind the 80's but I really don't care for the high 90's ! It just sucks the life right out of me!

This card was for my sister's birthday! It was on Sunday! I believe the image is LOTV but not sure! She just reminded me of Carol! My card base is whisper white layered with real red and dp from a mat stack! I love red and purple together! That's it for me.... I going to go sit by the fan (0=

I hope you had a super great weekend! Once again mine went way to fast! It's super hot and humid. Not used to the humidity!

My card base is island indigo layered with very vanilla and festival of prints dp. The focal image is from mixed bunch. I also used BBD7 and Itty Bitty  Banners.

 Good Afternoon!

It's time for another FUN challenge at AnnaBelle Stamps! This week we would like to see snowflakes!!!!

This is what I came up with.....

My card base is cherry cobbler layered with very vanilla and be of good cheer dp. The focal image is from gifted swirls! I used 3mm chilli sprinkles to embellish.

Happy 4th of July!

Good Morning my Friends!

Happy Independence day! A special THANKS to the brave men and women who continue to fight for this wonderful freedom we enjoy! 

My card today is a just because I wanted to card! I just had to use this new image from SU's layered labels!  My card base is early espresso layered with whisper white and marina mist. The embossing was done with the new fancy fan folder!

The new apothecary accents die and it's matching piercing template are totally awesome! It just makes it so easy to create when everything coordinates! 

Well that's it for me today... I need to catch up on commenting!

MOJO 248

Good Afternoon!

I hope all is well with you! It's Monday and you know what that means.... yep it's Mojo time! My Mojo has been working over time! I been making cards since yesterday and they are just working for me! LOVE it! 

My card base is soft suede layered with very vanilla and dp from my scraps! The focal image is new from  SU called Layered Labels. It was cut out using the apothecary accents framelets.

 The embossed piece was cut out with labels twenty five and embossed with fancy fan.  I added a flower and some AnnaBelle sprinkles for bling. I'm on a mission to use up some dp so back to play!

Sweet Stop....

Good,Good Morning!

Looks to be a super GREAT day! My chores are done and I get to play! I saw the Sweet Stop sketch on Janice Melton's blog and just had to play! Today is Janice's birthday... pop over and show her a little love! My card is a little busy don't ya think? My card base is whisper white layered with from the garden dp. The focal image is from a new SU set called From the Heart. I bought a new camera and my pictures are sooooo much better! Imagine when I really learn how to use it!
