Endless Fun!

Good Morning!
The snow is still coming...UGGH! It is lighter and fluffy, a little easier to move around! It is supposed to slow down and turn really cold. I think I will lock myself in the house this weekend and put Christmas away!
This card is just plain fun and super easy. I have several pictures to show you. It's called an endless card. I saw one at Paper Pleasing Ideas.
I couldn't wait for a tutorial so I googled it and found this utube tutorial. This was super easy to put together! So much fun to see peoples faces when you show it to them!
The card ends up being a 6x6 size. My paper is all SU and the stamps are from some candy I won, but have no company name on them!
I've made another one for a valentine and have embellished it some. I will show you that one soon! The last time you fold this card it brings you back to the very first picture you saw ! I need to learn how to use my video camera! That's it for today! Stay warm and dry!

Let the Paper do the Work! LOL!

Good Morning!
We are in the middle of a HUGE snow storm! We are getting an inch an hour of snow until 4pm. That's like 11hrs! UGGGGH!
Looks like I will be doing some plowing! We are also having 25mph winds  YUCK! Then we are plummeting to subzero temps ...
Ok onto my super simple, plain card! I love the dp, it totally takes care of itself! I simply added a sentiment and there you have it! I really should have added a layer of perfect plum behind the dp.... oh well, it is what it is! Have a great day!

Merry Christmas from all the Roses!

Good Morning!
Merry Christmas Eve! My card today is for our Rose challenge. Olga-Rose set the challenge this month and wanted us to show the true meaning of Christmas. We all know Christ is the true meaning of Christmas and only Christ can give us that perfect peace and joy. I have had several times in my life when I have been filled with the peace that passes all understanding. When there are trials the Lord always gives me peace to make it through! Be sure and check out what the rest of the Rose's came up with. You can find their links on my side bar!

Here's wishing all of the lovely Roses's and my wonderful followers a very Merry Christmas filled with love and laughter!
My card base is riding hood red layered with holly jolly dp. The poinsettia was created using a new punch coming out in January from SU (you will love it!). My sentiment is from Annebelle Stamps Christmas Wishes. Have a great day! I don't know if I will be here tomorrow! My sis Carol will be here so we will be playing with paper some for sure!

Thank You!

Good Morning!
So happy to be here.... I've really missed visiting with everyone! DH is doing GREAT! Thanks to all your prayers! He is a stellar patient! No complaining... he pushes himself so he will get better quicker. I made this card for the wonderful folks at Dave Smith Motors. Bob is their security manager. Since his surgery he has to ride in the back seat of a car. I drive a VW bug and he has a buick. Both very low to the ground. It's very difficult to get him in and out of the cars sooo..... Dave Smith's sent a Durango out with a full tank of gas to run Bob to his appointments! How great is that and such a blessing!  My card needed to be masculine since 90% of the employees at Dave Smith's are male! My card base is early espresso layered with very vanilla and blueberry crisp dp. The focal image is engraved etchings. So fun to be back in my craft room.... hope to stamp all weekend! Have a wonderful day my friends and thanks again for all your prayers!

The roads are clear and dry which is great because we have to make another trip to CDA today! Made a rhyme... not bad cause it's 3AM and I'm awake... why oh why do you ask? Peaceful Wishes

Good Morning!
I have a card for the OLW 31 challenge today. We are to go back to our roots.... what got us hooked when we first started stamping. It's all my sister Terri's fault. I was at her house and mentioned I needed a  BD card for a gdaughter. My first card was a pretty simple one and the minute I put that inky stamp to paper I was hooked. I still love the feeling you get when you combine a little ink and paper and create a something that will bring someone such joy!  My card today was created with Artful INKables peaceful wishes and Su's heard from the heart.  I love this graceful reindeer... so regal! Don't forget about the big blog hop and challenge at Joan's Gardens tomorrow. There is a huge prize donated by Heartfelt Creations worth $284. Have a super great day.... off to plow snow!
