Mojo Monday 160

Good Morning!
I hope all is well with you out there in cyber space!
This is my Sunday.... that means laundry, vaccuming,
scrubbing toilets ;-( Speaking of toilets my cat keep using
my flower garden as a litter box... any suggestions on what
I can use to keep her out? Short of killing her!
Ok onto my card... My base is riding hood red layered with whisper white and washington apple dp. My sentiment is from echoes of kindness. I flipped the Mojo sketch to work with my sentiment. Off to stick my head over a pan of boiling water and vicks to kill this cold that's trying to catch me!
Have a great day!
PS be sure and check out the Layers of Color blog hop!
They have a totally awesome new release going on!

Your card is gorgeous! Love the colors, and the sketch this week is a great one to work with! You are so sneaky, turning it on its side!!! Hope you chase that cold away! As for the cat - moth balls work for snakes, cats, dogs, etc.... of course, your garden will not smell so delightful!

Cute card....love this layout and your colors! I buried tack strip just under the dirt. It sounds dumb but it works. Of course you need to remember that what hurts the paw hurts the hand. LOL Once the cat finds out it is uncomfortable there they won't go back!

Love your card with a wonderful sentiment! I love the squares and the striped paper. Wonderful choices! Terrific card!

As for you kitty, I have the same problem with my cats thinking potted plants are litter boxes. I can see their confusion but it doesn't help me dismay when I see the plant dirt all over the floor! Someone told me to try some potpourri in my pots and I decided to give it a shot...can't hurt, right? So I did and so far it's working. The kitties don't like the perfumey scent of the potpourri so they stay away. that might help you.

Good Morning Patti....I hope you run fast enough to avoid that cold. Tis the season I guess! Love the card, Lots of cool layers with great color. Love the sentiment...very true! As for the kitty...we have one of those garden visitors. My husband puts pieces of chicken wire in all the dirt areas. If they can't scratch the dirt, they will move on. At least that's the theory. Have a great week!

Card is beautiful Patti!

I was going to suggest moth balls also. They keep rodents and other animals away. You'll smell them for awhile but it should work!

Beautiful card Patti and great job of layering everything. Fantastic colors! As for the cat, might try some red or hot pepper along with the moth balls. Keeps my dogs outta the flower beds and anything else that wants to creep in....lol
Get that cold before it gets you! "Hugs" Carol

Patti, great card!! I had a stray male cat coming up on my deck and spraying and I found some spray at Petco that has been working for me and it is safe too! Let me know if you want the name.
