Thank You!

Good Morning!
So happy to be here.... I've really missed visiting with everyone! DH is doing GREAT! Thanks to all your prayers! He is a stellar patient! No complaining... he pushes himself so he will get better quicker. I made this card for the wonderful folks at Dave Smith Motors. Bob is their security manager. Since his surgery he has to ride in the back seat of a car. I drive a VW bug and he has a buick. Both very low to the ground. It's very difficult to get him in and out of the cars sooo..... Dave Smith's sent a Durango out with a full tank of gas to run Bob to his appointments! How great is that and such a blessing!  My card needed to be masculine since 90% of the employees at Dave Smith's are male! My card base is early espresso layered with very vanilla and blueberry crisp dp. The focal image is engraved etchings. So fun to be back in my craft room.... hope to stamp all weekend! Have a wonderful day my friends and thanks again for all your prayers!

So happy to hear that DH is doing well! I've been thinking about you and wondering how things were going. Your card is perfect for a nearly all male staff! The ladies will still love it too, as it has that vintage feel as well. How nice of them to help you out with such a great gift of transportation. Our local Ford dealer wouldn't even do that for their own father!!! We love Ford products, but are forced to shop elsewhere - don't know how they stay in business! lol... Keep us posted, dear friend, and will look forward to seeing some new creations soon!

I'm so excited to hear such wonderful news and to have you back. Missed you but knew you were where you needed to be and doing what you needed to do. What a fantastic contribution from his employer. It must be a great place to work.

Your card is beautiful and expresses your genuine feelings.

So happy to hear Bob is doing well and you can all enjoy the holidays. How nice to have help when you need it. You probably need that larger car in this terrible weather.
