With Sympathy...

Good Morning!
I hope all is well with you today! I had a friend over last night to play with paper. We had a great time... I actually made 2 cards I was happy with! I will share them in the next few days! Unfortunately I needed a sympathy card. One of my elderly clients went to be with the Lord last weekend. Her daughter is a dear friend of mine, so I made her a card. It's a pretty simple design. I used marina mist as my base layered with basic gray and a scrap of dp. My focal image is from upsy daisy ... perfect for almost any kind of card! That's it for today... see you soon!

Patti, this is so lovely. I am sorry for the reason behind making it, but you made an elegant card for what I am sure was an elegant lady.

I love your card, this is one of those weeks for pasting! Becky's mom passed Sunday, then yesterday at work I learned 3 co workers lost a brother, a son, and a mom. Seems Jan is known for this kind of sadness.

While we hate to make these cards, it is nice to let someone know we took the time to do so. This is beautiful, and so like you to go the extra mile. I know your card will be appreciated. Play days are fun! hugs...the other Patty Sue 2

What a beautiful color combo. I love that stamp, it makes such a pretty sympathy card and could double as something cheerful too.
