The Lovely Rose's are Up to it Again!

Good Morning!
It's the last Sunday of the month and that means it's time for the Rose's to share what they've been up to! This month the lovely Betty Rose is our hostess with the mostest and she wants to see some ribbon!
I have to tell you I've been super busy painting our house. I have a friend who is a professional painter and he offered his help (0=  It took a week to prep it and he sprayed the whole thing in just a few hours! I hope to knock the trim out today! Lord willin!

Ok back to my card.... My card base is very vanilla layered with early espresso and MME all spice dp. My image is from SU's always thankful. I added a few more mustard buttons and colored the pearls to match. the sketch is from The Sweet Stop. Be sure and check out what the rest of the Rose's have been up to ... you can find their links on my side bar! That's it for me today... I will have a paint brush in my hand ALL day!

Stunning card -- love the colors and all the layers. Your dark ribbon is very pretty, especially with the button treatment on it! There's a lady named Patty at my church who drives a VW Beetle! We just see them all the time here (some with nice, new paint jobs but most look their age!)

Gorgeous and so serene. Glad you are painting and not me. I HATE painting the trim....UGH Lots of hugs to heal all those aches and pains from all that stooping over, bending, climbing, etc., etc. "Hugs" Carol
