Color Dare 67

Good Morning!
It's Wednesday and you know what that means! Yep it's Color Dare time!

Colors for this challenge are: Melon Mambo, Elegant Eggplant, Bermuda Bay & Old Olive.
Very cool color combo! I used my new Unity stamp set and made a fairly CAS card! My
border was done with MS lattice punch! Hop over to Color Dare and play along! You can't go
wrong with this color combo! Hope everyone has a great "hump" day! See you tomorrow!

It's Color Dare time! Colors this week are: Crushed Curry,Soft Suede,Old Olive and Bashful Blue! Fun combo! My focal image is the new motorcycle stamp for SU. My son is a biker guy so this was perfect for him!

                                                                                            Good Morning!
    It's Color Dare time! This week Riley has come up with a really cool color combo! It took me awhile to come up with a card.... Carol wouldn't help at all! She just stood there and went a-huh, a-huh! I don't think she was pay attention at all! Ok back to my card, the colors are....
               Very Vanilla
                Old Olive
             Certainly Celery
              Summer Sun  

My card base is summer sun layered with very vanilla. My dp has both greens in it and is from a mat stack! I used the upsy daisy set for my focal image and sentiment. My flower is a paper flower from my stash. The flower when it was in the package looked really ugly.....it really does look better IRL!  Pop over to the Color Dare blog and play along!

Good Morning!
 Color Dare is off of spring break! Today Riley wants us
to use: lovely lilac, pale plum and tempting turquoise!
Beautiful color combo! Isn't the inspiration piece just
plain gorgeous?

This is what I came up with!

My card base is lovely lilac layered with whisper white
and sweet pea dp. I used Flight of the Butterfly for my
focal image and sentiment.

Good Morning!

 It's time for another Color Dare Challenge!

This week Riley has challenged us with these

colors.... baja breeze, ruby red and whisper white!

 This is our inspiration piece

When I was creating my card I was in a very

abstract state of mind.... I think it was painting

fatigue! LOL!

 

My card base is whisper white layered with 

baja breeze and dp from a mat stack. My

 focal image is from awash with flowers.

I have a very CAS card today! It just felt so refreshing!

My card base is regal rose layered with whisper white. No

dp can you believe it? My focal image is from of the earth,

added a little border and some ribbon.... WAW LA!

My card:

My focal image from "Country Morning"

was colored w/SU markers. I used all

of the colors in the challenge on my main

image! I used brilliant blue as my card 

base layered with whisper white and dp

from a mat stack. Added a little sewing

and piercing around the edges for the 

finishing touch. Hop over to Color Dare

Color Dare 54

Good Morning!

I hope all is well with you! Is it spring yet?

I know it comin... My card today was just

plain fun. It took my awhile to get my golfer

dressed but it was worth it!

 

Riley has given us these colors to use this week:

Kiwi Kiss (old olive)

Pacific Point (brilliant blue)

Baja Breeze (bashful blue)

Basic Gray 

Whisper White

I usually get my DT cards made well in advance

of the day they are due. Not so with this one, it 

was a real challenge for me! I love how it turned

out though! My card base is kiwi kiss layered with

whisper white and windsor knot dp. My focal image

is from Art Impressions. His name is Earl. I paper

pieced his clothes with the same dp.The stickies

on the bottom really are gray IRL! The only way I could

incorporate pacific point was on the shoelaces! Pop over

to the Color Dare blog and join in the fun!

Good Morning!

It's Color Dare time! Fun colors this week!

Old Olive

Not Quite Navy

Bordering Blue

Certainly Celery

Soft Suede

We are to try and use at least 4 of the colors!

I used not quite navy, bordering blue, soft suede

and old olive. I just couldn't squeeze in certainly

celery! My card base is soft suede layered with

not quite navy and whisper white. I created my

own background with polka dots and paisley. I

love that old stamp set! My focal image is from

the same set! Well that's it for today!
