Mercy it's Thursday!

Good Morning to You!
   It's Thursday and I finished Mercy's Tuesday sketch!
I enjoyed making this card, I just kinda took my time and
let it come together! No plan other than the sketch and the
colors and the sentiment... well you get the idea! Yes I had
challenges in mind, but I did take my time! LOL! My card
base is chocolate chip layered with cameo coral and sending
love dp. My focal image and sentiment is from lovely labels.

If the rest of my day goes like this card....

I'm in big,huge trouble! I totally do NOT

like this card! I may go make another one!

I have company and was trying to be quiet!

The bow is covering up where I tried to pull

pearls off.... not good! Then I couldn't even 

tie a pretty bow... bla,bla,bla! I think I need

some hormones , LOL! Off to visit DD and

when I picked up my mail yesterday! My Gina K order 

and new nesties were waiting for me :) I ordered the lovely

labels stamp set and had to get nesties to go with it! LOL!

base is pretty in pink layered with windsor knot 

and sweet always dp. Pretty simple!

     I have a quick post. I couldn't get a real good picture. It's to dark :0( My card is for the inspiration challenge at SCS. We were to take our inspiration from Nell Hill's Online.  My inspiration came from this item on their web site. I love the clean lines! My card base is Gina K pure luxury white layered with night of navy and whisper white. My focal image is from a year of flowers also from Gina K. It was a quick and easy card. I need a sympathy card for a friend and I think this will work.

Taylored with Color!

Good Morning!

          I have some exciting news to share. I have been selected to

be on the Color Dare design team!  I'm looking forward to working with the very talented ladies from Color Dare!  The only thing I like better than a sketch challenge is a color challenge! LOL!  Put the two together and you get my card for today!  The colors for Color Dare today are creamy caramel, ruby red and bermuda bay. Fun, fun combo! The sketch I used is for Taylored Expressions challenge! My card base is ruby red layered with whisper white and DP from sweet pea. My sentiment is from echoes of kindness and the roses are from a year of flowers.I colored my roses with re-inkers and a blender pen. See you tomorrow! Hugs Patti

Seeing Spots!

               Good Afternoon!
 
            Bet you thought I wouldn't show huh? Well here I am! I had to work this morning! I was suffering from a creative drought so.... no card this morning. However Olga my dear sweet friend sent me a goody! RAK in my mailbox! I don't know which I'm more excited about the birthday book, ( with instructions) or the beautiful card with it! Thanks so much Olga. I promise to get it done soon so you can see! LOL!

Good Morning!

I have a Clean and Simple card for you today!
My card is for the CAS challenge at SCS. It's a really easy challenge.... sponging, that's it! The other challenge is at A Fairy Creative Place. The challenge is to be thankful. Thankful for your favorite tool. My favorite tools are my big shot and embossing gun. So I used both! I am so thankful to be blessed with both these little jewels! My card base is Gina K luxury white. My focal image is from serene snowflakes. Yes it's a one layer card..... I know hard to imagine! LOL!

Skating by!

Good Morning!

I hope all is well with you! I have a tooth ache :( It's been 36 yrs since I've had anything but cleaning done to my teeth. They've been very healthy! Well I have an abscess in an old root canal. Not fun...... antibiotics..... also not fun. I'm sure after a few days of antibiotics it will feel a lot better! I don't do sick. Enough whining! Onto my card!
My focal image is a digi from There's Magic in the Air. Every Monday Nina provides a free digi and offers a challenge. This weeks Magical Monday challenge is something reflective. This cute little penguin is called Skating By. Isn't he just the cutest? My card base is Gina K luxury white layered with holiday lounge dp from SU. My focal image is nestled on whisper white and crayola glitter paper. I cut snowflake out with the Martha Stuart snowflake punch. I colored his body with prisma colored pencils and OMS. His hat was done with bermuda bay marker and a blender pen. I put stickles on his hat brim and ball to give it some fluff. Digis are really quite fun! You can re-size and flip the images. I can see me doing a lot more of these!

Good Morning!
I hope all is well out there in cyberspace! I have combined three challenges today!

• A Fairy Creative Place..... Any size but an A2 sized card.
  

My card base is Gina K luxury white cut to 3 1/2 X 8 1/2. I layered chocolate chip, real red and whisper white. My focal image is from Of the Earth. I colored the flowers with real red and always artichoke. I really tried to step outside the box with this card! It's pretty clean with all that white space, and I really like it! LOL!

Good Mojo Monday!

Good day all! I hope today is going to be a wonderful day for everyone out there in cyber space! I feel a great day is ahead ..... even though my dishwasher died :( It has been 30 yrs since I used a dish drainer. ICKKKKKK. Oh well, so goes life!
Onto my card! It's Mojo Monday so I always get an early start! I have to spend the day in my studio..... it's a sacrifice, but I'm willing to do it! LOL! Anyhoo onto my card! I combined Mojo Monday with the Stamp Tv color challenge. Sketch is obvious, colors are black, purple and gold. My card base is form Gina K pure luxury black. I then layered with very vanilla and dp from a mat stack. My image is upsy daisy stamped in elegant eggplant and sponged with so saffron and elegant eggplant. The twigs are Martha Stuart.

Happy B Day Donna!

Good Morning!

I hope this post finds everyone well! A few years ago when I first started stampin, my big sis sent me a birthday card. She used this image from Art Impressions. This is Madge and I love her! LOL! Terri's card is one of my very favorite cards and I cherish it! I was in total awe at what she could do..... the coloring..... glitter on the shoes.....yes I cased my sister!

This card is for a dear friend of mine, her birthday is coming up and I love to make her laugh! She's had some hard knocks in her life and always comes up smiling! She is my age which means she is going threw menopause! Madge knows exactly what that is all about! Hee! Hee!



This is the inside of the card! The sentiment is from Creative Clear Stamps. Isn't it just the funniest? This card is for their challenge at A Fairy Creative Place. All we had to do is add buttons! I have a button on the front and on the inside. My card base is ballet blue, layered with whisper white and dp from a mat stack. Madge was colored with a combination of SU markers and prisma colored pencils. I used OMS and blending stumps from Gina K to blend. I love how this turned out and I know it will give Donna a good laugh! Oh and thank you Terri for the inspiration!

Mojo Monday 109 & CCS 3

Good Morning to You!

I hope this post finds everyone well! My little sis has been at it again. She has a new article on "Gift giving with Paper Crafts". Our own Gina K and Beate Johns are spotlighted! It's a great article... pop over and take a look!
My card is a totally a nontraditional holiday card! It combines Mojo Monday and A Fairy Creative Place challenges! Of coarse my sketch is from Mojo Monday and my color combo is from A Fairy Creative Place. We are to think black tie and evening gowns! We can only use black, gray and white. No other color..... EKKKKKK! I so wanted to color that little nose orange! LOL! I really wanted to ink up my stamps I received from Creative Clear Stamps. I bought these with my 10% off code I received with my badge. This little snowman is just the cutest! He is from one of their new sets called Let it Snow! The card is pretty basic.... I used Gina K luxury white for my card base! I layered with black and dp from a mat stack. I made the little fella all glittery and added stickles to the snowflakes on the top panel to make them shine! Well this is my nontraditional black tie and evening gown snowman! Hee!Hee!

Cuttlebug challenge 52

Good Morning!

My card today is for the challenge over at The Cuttlebug Spot! The challenge is monochromatic. Well you can't get much more monochromatic than all white!

My sketch for this card is the sketch Linda Payne created for the sketch challenge on Stamp TV.

My card base is Gina K pure luxury white, layered with whisper white. Layered again with whisper white that I embossed with a cuttlebug folder. My next layer is...... you guessed it whisper white layered with another embossed piece of whisper white! My focal image is a poinsettia from A Year of Flowers stamped on whisper white . I then added a white ribbon and there you have it!

I hope everyone had a great weekend! Today I've combined four challenges. Mojo Monday, Stamp Tv color 34, A Fairy Creative place and Crazy 4 Challenges!


Speaking of A Fairy Creative Place. My lucky number is now 3..... Yes they drew my number! I am so excited.... (big huge dimpled grin) LOL! I can't wait to get my badge and of coarse I need to shop and use that 10% savings code! Thanks so much girls!

Ok to my card.... My sketch is Mojo Monday, color is Stamp TV 34, Thanks is Crazy for challenges and the scallop is A Fairy Creative Place. My card base is Gina K pure luxury white layered with ridingood red and bashful blue. My stamp of choice is from branch out. I used versamark ,bashful blue and iridescent ice ep to create the snowflakes. That one is for Olga! Hee! Hee!

Good Sunday Morning to you!

Baby it's cold outside! We have a whopping 10 degrees with a stout wind...... GRRRRRR
My card today is for the Just us Girls challenge. We were to paper piece and add a little pink for breast cancer awareness month. This is my PPP card! Paper pieced, pierced and lot's of pink! My card base is Gina K luxury weight white layered with regal rose and sweet always dp. I cut dp with my nesties to coordinate with my pink paper pieced pickup! Say that 10 times.... pink paper pieced pick up, pink paper pieced pick up..... ok stop! I need to go play in my studio!
